Annual Conference
The first Annual NYSACRA Conference was held in April 1978, at the Americana Inn (now called the Desmond) in Albany. In 1990, the conference moved to the Sagamore on Lake George where 700 attended. Numbers have continuously grown each year in upwards of 1000 attendees in 2007. The purpose of the Annual Conference is to respond to “hot” topics in our industry and target all levels of personnel in the field; administrators, clinicians, consumers and direct care.
