NYSACRA

At this year’s Annual Conference NYSACRA brings an exciting pre-conference session on issues surrounding Human Resources!  Want to know what makes employees keep coming to work everyday and loving it?  This information packed session with keynote speaker, Diane Lustenader, includes the latest thinking on measuring individual and organizational performance including an introduction to typical Balanced Scorecard metrics.  There will be a discussion on how to focus employee’s energies on activities critical to organizational success while building the bench strength of the organization.  This program will also present highlights from recent research on employee motivation and retention including both what builds retention and what starts the “I’ve got to get out of here” thought process.  In addition there will be six exciting workshops dealing with human resource issues to choose from.
