IMPORTANT SECURITY & PARKING INFORMATION & AGENDA
Please note the security
procedures for parking and for entering the Legislative Office Building and
Capitol as follows.
Parking:
Every person in the vehicle will need a photo ID.
Also, your vehicle may be
subject to search by NYS Police.
Parking is $10/vehicle, pay on entry.
(The Plaza parking accepts Visa,
MasterCard, Amex & Cash)
To avoid waiting for
parking, come early. The doors to Meeting Room 6 will open at 7 a.m. and
registration will begin at 7:15 a.m.
All oversized vehicles
(in excess of 6’ 6” high) will be accommodated on an as needed basis for up
to 27 vehicles on P-1 North.

Finding Meeting Room 6:
Once
you park in the V-Lot (formerly P3-North), find an elevator and take it from
the P-3 Level (V-Lot) to the Concourse Level (Level C). NYSACRA signs will
be at every elevator pointing to Meeting Room 6.
Security: Every person
will
again
need photo ID
to enter the Capitol or Legislative Office Building for your appointments.
You will be passing through a metal detector and your belongings can be
searched. We highly recommend that you leave all items in our Meeting Room
6, where you have breakfast, since we will have someone watching it all day
until 3:00 p.m. Please have everyone bring ID; we wouldn’t want you to come
all the way to Albany only to be turned away at the door.
