- WORKFORCE SURVEY 2004
The NYSACRA Workforce Committee has developed this Survey
for the OMRDD programs of an Agency in order to obtain accurate data for both
regional and statewide data and to aid in our efforts to improve recruitment and
retention. Agency specific data will not be shared or identified. NYSACRA
would like information on Vacancy, Overtime, Turnover and Salary. To simplify
the survey, NYSACRA will do the calculations and we need only the raw data asked
for in the following questions. All figures should be based on the 2004
calendar year. If you have questions, please contact Jim Kosakoski or Forest
Cotten at 518-449-7551. Return survey by August 1, 2005.
