Insights into the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities' Health Care Enhancement Program. This report presents the findings of the New York State Association of Community and Residential Agencies’ (NYSACRA) review of the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities’ (NYS-OMRDD) Health Care Enhancement (HCE) program. The review, funded through a grant from The City University of New York, John F. Kennedy, Jr. Institute for Worker Education, included a survey of NYSACRA member agencies. Focus groups with direct support professionals and senior agency administrators were also conducted.
